Application Temporary and portable vertical ascending and descending system where the rescuer descends to the fall victim (or the fall victim ascends on their own).

Kit Contents: Anchor sling, kernmantle rope 11mm (up to 150m rope length), descent device (Lory), jumar with leg strap, rescue knife, quick draw, twist-lock carabiner connectors (5), gear bag.

Installation: Attach the anchor sling above the fall victim. The rescuer descends and/or ascends to the victim, attaches to the victim, then they descend to safety.

Limitations Maximum of one rescuer and one fall victim can be attached at any time.

Training Required: Unit Standard ID: 229995 Install, use and perform basic rescues from fall arrest systems.
