Normal Shipping Timeframes:

  1. Within Gauteng: All orders placed within Gauteng will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

  2. Outside Gauteng: For orders shipping outside Gauteng, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and delivery.

Please note that these shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order volume, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment. Shipping Charges:

Failed Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their deliveries (or ensuring someone is available to receive for them) and for providing a valid, reachable contact number. If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provided a wrong contact number or cannot be reached in any other way, the customer must contact the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery.

If the parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable shipping fee for the parcel to be dispatched again.

Should the customer no longer wish to receive the order after it has been returned to us, the order will be treated as a return. In such cases, a 15% handling and administration fee will be deducted from any refund due.
